1. Scope of application
This policy applies to slippers products purchased through www.stratifyxtrade.com and is in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
2. Basic Rights of Return and Exchange
14 days no reason return
You can apply for a return without reason within 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The product must meet the following requirements:
Unworn, washed or damaged
Original packaging is intact (including labels, dust bag, etc.)
Provide original order receipt
Return due to quality issues
If the product has quality problems such as debonding, broken bottom, severe odor, etc., you can apply for a free return or exchange (not subject to the 14-day limit).
3. Return and Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit your application
Log in to the official account or contact customer service (stratifyxtrade.com) to provide:
➔ Order Number
➔ Reason for return
➔ Photos of the product problem (if applicable)
Step 2: Return the item
We will send the return label after review.
If you return the item yourself, you must use trackable logistics and keep the tracking number.
Step 3: Refund/Exchange
Refund: The payment will be returned to the original account within 7 working days after acceptance.
Exchange: New item will be shipped within 5-7 working days after receiving the return.
4. Freight Charge Rules
No reason for return - customer is responsible (unless free shipping during promotion period)
Return or replacement due to quality issues - we will bear the responsibility
Missed/wrong shipment - we will bear the responsibility
5. Non-refundable situations
The following products are not eligible for return without reason:
✖ Items that have been worn or washed
✖ Gifts without original packaging
